My knee just randomly swelled up like crazy today. I didn't hit it, and it was fine this morning. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

damn, wish i had that attitude.

my approach to school is usually this: oh i have 3 assignments due in the next 3 days. should i manage my time properly to get it all done? nah. so which of these am i not gonna do?

now it's the end of the semester and i actually have to do everything so i pass. but hey, on the bright side it looks like i'll be graduating this semester, and with around a 3.0 GPA after countless blown-off assignments and even a failed class!

i think the key to failing a class is if you realize you can't do it, and it's too late to drop, just stop going, you'll get an incomplete! i think that is somehow not as bad as actually failing.

if anyone needs any other great advice, i'm full of wonderful ideas.

I'm usually the exact same way, but entering my Elementary Ed. program finally this semester has done wonders for that. Constant assignments, a lot more discussion/hands on opposed to lecture in class, the chicks in my cohort are all pretty cool, etc.

Truth be told this has been the happiest i've been in awhile now that the school part doesn't completely blow. Going to BS classes just because I had to have a history requirement or what not was just a waste of time imo

that's great man. i definitely hear you. once i started getting into my kinesiology classes for my major, sports management, it got better. i love classes that are anthropological and sociological in nature, and really any class that provides thought-provoking discussion in class, that's always the best. but at the same time, some of the classes i've taken are so dry, and i truly regret a few of the classes i took this semester cuz i could've gone way easier on myself. i'm pretty good at writing, but damn, writing three 8-page papers on sales and sponsorship over the course of a semester is maddening

I got a 3.8 my freshman semester. I figured I worked hard enough that first semester that I could slack off until graduation. Mission accomplished.

This was not my plan, but kinda how it worked out anyway.

                            I dropped out of college.

Derp. Oh well, I'll get paid to go back when I decide what I want to be when I grow up.

Still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Very frustrating.

This strategy worked perfectly for me in HS, went from a 3.9 all the way to a 3.2 by the time I graduated.
