So the tuition package I got for BU is like $3,000 short of covering everything and the only option seems to be one of those Parent Plus loans...chances my mom agrees to that are less than 1%. Ugh.

If it happens, I won't be as furious. KG would improve our defense, and Pierce provides some intangibles.

I'm not even mad about losing 3 picks. We always buy one or two every year. Kris Humphries is not worth his contract. I like Toko a lot though.

I did like Gerald but his contract is bad. We will have a bunch of cap space in 2 years if it were to happen.

I'm not looking forward to this process.

It's a hassle. It didn't help that all of the PA state schools have jacked up tuition because the state cut their funding big time. For a PA resident staying on campus it used to be like $8k-$9k a year, now it's almost $16k. I'm living at home which saves me a lot on room and board, but it's still pricey.

I'm not really feeling the schools here in NJ at all. I'd love to prevent myself and my family to not paying anything at all, but it's tough.

I had an interview at Fred Meyer a couple weeks ago and was informed that I didn't get the job just now. I log on to Facebook after they call to tell me and see one of my friends say they just got hired at Fred Meyer. I feel like I got kicked in the balls just now.

Beware of Parent Plus loans. You have to start paying on them immediately. You don't get the grace period like you do on other federal loans.

Now as far as the NBA draft......the last time I watched it was when Derrick Rose was in it and I watched it when Lebron was in it. But other then that I haven't watched the draft on a regular basis since the 1990s.

What was it like when Bill Russell was drafted?
