Re: Off Topic 2013
I certainly wouldn't rather get blown out than lose a game like last night, but I'd definitely prefer losing like KU did to UK last year over how Memphis lost to KU in '08. You can say I'm full of baloney all you want, but with how KU/UM played out this year, I think I've got a pretty good feel of both sides of the coin.Comment

GAMEPLAN:
So it's 11:36 and i'm still in NOLA. I don't NEED to be to in class until 12:30, but I have a group project at 9:00 and without me they'll probably throw feces at each other idk.
Do I A: crash on my friends couch in NOLA and roll the dice with AM NOLA traffic or
B: make the hour and a half-two hour trip back home and follow my normal routine (now with more caffeine!)And may thy spirit live in us, Forever LSU

I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

A little late but:
1. Poptarts ftw. I think they are all great but the Strawberry Milkshake ones were my favorite. The new oatmeal delight frosted strawberry ones are great as well.
2. As bad Hotdogs are for you but they are good. Kuntsler(spell?) are my favorites. Put a piece of bacon on it with some provolone or motzerella cheese and your set.
3. Cheese cake over pie however Apple pie in a bowl with a little sugar and milk on it is awesome. However I must say Ice Cream Cake almost conquers all.
4. Sweet potatoe fries are pretty good. I think Arby's has them now and that's where I tried them.
Sucks because with my diet I haven't had any of those in a while..
Also posted this in the Fitness thread but I thought I post it here as well:
I'm not sure if it's a medical condition or not but I thought I ask. I'm always hungry even before I started my diet. Two examples:
1. At outback I had a appetizer, salad, 22 ounce steak and fries then after I had a small bad of popcorn at theaters and still was hungry.
2. Went to McDonald's and had 2 20 piece nuggets with 2 mcdoubles and a thing of fries and still was hungry.
Those are just 2 examples of many and I can't remember the last time I was actually full if ever. This diet the last 2 weeks has been killing me but not to the point of where I can't take it. I just now instead of eating do something else whether it's take a walk, play a game, browse the Internet, sleep, etc. I was just looking for help on this.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

I think you misunderstood me. I don't eat the above during my actual diet (lost 15 pounds in 2 and a half weeks with the diet I'm on now). The listing above would be what I used to eat all the time before I started my diet, I just posted it to compare me being hungry all the time even when I ate all that.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

If you keep up what you're doing, I'd put money on you getting sick relatively soon and the weight being back within a couple months. Crash diets are bad for you.
Seriously, the easiest way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a healthy 1000-1500 calories a day (of the right stuff) and bust your *** at the gym intelligently. Otherwise everything else is a shortcut.Last edited by ubernoob; 04-10-2013, 03:10 AM.badComment
