    Looking to buy a compressor

    I'm looking to by a compressor for my car, so I don't need to stop at gas station to inflate tires. Not looking to pay too much, and I found these two:

    * Nascar 12 V Premium Digital Compressor

    * Mastercraft 2-Gallon Air Compressor with Accessories

    Has anyone tried any of them? Worked well? Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Re: Looking to buy a compressor

    A regular $20 to $30 one from Walmart, Walgreens or CVS would do the trick. At the end of the day, air is air. No need to over pay for it.

      Thanks for the reply. I did also looked online at walmart.ca, and found a couple for around $30. Just need something that will work for a long time, don't feel like buying a new one any time soon.

        I had mines for 12 years now....paid $23.99 for it from CVS. Still works....Think it is made by AC Delco or some crap like that.

          Yeah any small one will work. If you're looking to invest in something good, get the jump box/air combos that are out there..

            Thanks guys. Wasn't looking to pay a lot of money anyway. But it will definitely be useful here, with the cold weather, so I can use it inside my garage.

            I find myself giving up on inflating tires for months, and it's not good when you live where I live. This way I can do it indoors, and that's all I want.

              A 1-2 gallon ones will work better. The ones that just plug into the car outlet usually have to output all the air because there is no storage. So they are slower. If you just want to use it on a car, the cheap ones will work. If you want to use it for other things, spend a little more and get a 1-2 gallon one.
