    Survey for a homework assignment

I thought I would see if the good folks here would help me out as I need to survey some people for a homework assignment on supply & demand. Woot!

Would you buy a 32 inch LED television for...

    $1,050?
    $875?
    $700?
    $525?
    $350?

Essentially, what's the highest you would pay? Any responses would be appreciated.

    $250

At that size it's hard to justify any kind of meaningful investment.

$100. As snepp said, I can't justify spending more than that on a 32" TV.

It's not plasma, so $0... but if it were really nice, great quality, that size would be just fine for my bedroom and I'd be willing to drop $300 for one. I think it's crazy that people wouldn't pay more than $100 for a 32" when a crappy 22" computer monitor costs more than that. Hell, looking at Walmart, the cheapest 32" they have is $200.

Yep, $300 tops. It would have to be a known brand too. I wouldn't pay $300 for a 32" Coby TV.

I'd probably agree with this as well. 32" LCD's are coming down in price drastically, and LED is just one of the versions of those.

Once you hit 300-500 you're looking at 40-50" tv's nowadays.

My first flat screen was 32" and I paid $420. I believe. We bought my daughter a 32" for $100 less a few years ago. I couldn't see myself paying more than $250 now

Specs for the TV would help. How the hell do I know what I'm buying?

As of right now, I couldn't justify spending more then $200. Even that's pushing it.

Two, three years ago, I'd probably spend $300.
