Loved Jack Buck, but man Joe isn't anything near Jack. I didn't expect him to be Jack, because well, he can't be Jack, but I didn't expect him to be awful.

It also doesn't help Joe that he's usually paired with Tim McCarver, who has the IQ of a rock, and, on the football end of things, Troy Aikman, who was a Cowboy, which is strikes 1-7 on him.

Seinfeld is just... oh, it's just so overrated. Very quotable, and even pretty damn funny. But yikes, that is an overrated show.

Now remember, you and I both come from the understanding that this is an uncommon opinion, so don't let it come as a shocker that I'm saying it here. That's the point of this thread. I know a lot of OS'ers are Seinfeld nuts, and it's nothing against you guys. Just couldn't ever get into the show.

Nope, I posted earlier that I couldn't get thru 2 minutes of its debut, and haven't watched it since.

I feel the same way about MASH--- never understood the popularity of that show. Dull and boring, IMO.

Seinfeld is a double edged sword. I hate the sexual parts of it, but its so funny! Stupid life problems get turned into a TV show, I love it!

I'm a big Star Wars buff but it never bothers me if other people aren't into it. All film and art is subjective.

Seinfeld is meh, it has some funny comments every now and then. I'd rather watch a comedy like The Office or something that has comedy and actual storylines.

I wouldn't want to watch Star Wars now if I had never seen it before. A great story and good effects for its time, but I imagine compared to movies and other sci fi movies based of it wouldn't hold up well
