I love MLB 16, but I get where you're coming from. I played MLB 12 so much that I never could get into MLB 13. When you've played a series as long as we've played The Show, sometimes you need a break.

I think series fatigue is a big part of it. The game also desperately needs a commentary/presentation overhaul.

Played Madden since the early 90s and this was the year I couldn't play it this year. Definitely fatigued and probably not surrounded by football anymore probably caused me to let it go. Played nba2k since 2000 and got fatigued 2014 but I been on it like crazy the last 2 years.

See, with Madden I can play it every year without getting tired of it, because of the 16 game season. Even in the last few years where I haven't watched football much, I could still play full seasons on franchise mode, and now that I'm going to start following the sport again, I'm probably only going to want to play Madden even more. My biggest issue with NBA 2K is that I just can't play all 82 games in a season. I'll get through like five and just be completely bored with the game. The Show at least has carry over saves, but I can't imagine playing a 162 game season...

The Show is probably the most overrated sports game there is and it's not even close.

The Show and NBA 2K are really the only sports games rated high enough to be considered overrated.

If we're talking all-time, NFL 2K has that locked down.

And I love Basketball too, but people really out here paying $60 for new shoes and accessories.

Yeah but I see way more complaining about 2K than I do the show.

Also many legitimate criticisms get shot down by people saying the show is the best thing since sliced bread.

Definitely neck and neck in that race though. My uncommon opinion is that sports games just aren't fun anymore in general. That's all I used to play, nowadays is rare for me to ever touch one (outside of football manager since I love me some spreadsheet games.)

Not sure if this is actually that uncommon because their one of the most popular bands right now....I have heard a lot of people say they find their music very unappealing though....but I think Twenty One Pilots is outstanding
