Most of you know I spent three years working for the LSU baseball team as a member of the grounds crew, which is an extension of athletic facilities. I've assisted with the transition from basketball to gymnastics and that kind of stuff is extremely methodical to a point you wouldn't believe. A lot of facilities work is divide and conquer, but stuff like that is broken down to the minute.
If you think all that's impressive, the conversion between baseball and football is much more complex:
