As far as country goes, old country (Johnny Cash, Charley Pride, Waylon Jennings, Buck Owens, Jerry Reed and the like) is fantastic, country from the 80s and 90s (George Straight, Garth Brooks, early Tim McGraw, early Alan Jackson, early Toby Keith, Dwight Youkam, etc.) still solid. After 2000 though, it started to go downhill and performers like Swift, Carrie Underwood (not that she's not good, she just isn't "country" to me), etc. And now most of it is horrible, some of it is okay and a tiny sliver is good.
But that having been said, I've got another unpopular opinion:
Rascal Flatts is amazing. No doubt about it. I still don't consider them to be "true country, but I still love their music.

...Jk Jk, however, excluding cheap beers like busch light and keystone, there are very few beers in which I do not like the taste of.
