Are their any Vets or Vet Techs here?

My dog is having some issues right now. He keeps stretching with his paws out. And generally acting very strange. He does have a seizure disorder and recently had his seizure med dose increased.

Im not sure what is going on. All the vets here are closed and the closest emergency vet is about an hour and a half away.

If anyone could shed any light let me know.

    Thanks.

He seems to be doing much better. He ended up having a few pretty bad seizures that night though. We took him to the vet yesterday morning and they did a blood panel and it came back fine, and they also did a check on his phenobarbital levels which is his anti-seizure med and it was a little low. So the vet thinks it was partly that and probably just bad timing with his natural seizure cycles, if that makes sense.

They gave him Valium to keep him calm because he was couldn't stop pacing and wouldn't sleep. That put him out last night. He caught up on some sleep over the last day and is acting like his old self again. I just hope it keeps up.

Only because PVarck's pooch is doing better(thank God.....I can't tell you how much it bothers me when pets are sick....and unlike humans....they cannot say what it bothering them. It gives you such a helpless feeling)....that pic is hilarious in the context Tim...

I definitely wouldn't have made that joke if things weren't looking up. Forgot to say that it's good to hear things are better.
