Very, very sweet collection my man. I love the cards and the pairing of them to create the GSOT. Absolutely beautiful. Now that you have the real gems of the collection completed are you going to try and fill out the team/offense? That was an incredible team, and props for including Orlando Pace haha. Linemen never get the love they deserve.

EDIT: Did you happen to see this beauty sell last week? I bid $150 on it myself, but it went for something like $241.50 I believe. Absolutely 1/1 despite the numbers. How many old style Rams jerseys with the extinct Puma patch are there out there? Hope this one found its way to your collection man, it's a breath-taker.

I was able to find two blasters of Optic at my local Walmart the other day. Opened one, and no Downtown. Do you guys think I should hold the other or open it and look for the Downtown?

They are only going for about $45-50 on eBay right now.

I love the Optic. One of my favorites. I'd rip it. But I ripped like 8 the other day and didn't get a downtown. So odds are you might not get a downtown lol

Another purchase. This one a bit more pricey. But I'm high on him. I love the fastbreak look. Those cards really pop.

I know they lost, but he had a great game Sunday. The little bit of talk I've heard on him since then has all been positive and optimistic, so he is definitely rising. Bet you that goes for over $200 by the end of the season.

Man, as someone who isn't up to speed on modern cards, the Downtown series is my favorite by a longshot. Those and the Kabooms! are next level sweetness. You gotta go for it. Unless you buy one on eBay, you can't obtain Downtown's without ripping packs!

The one thing I am tired of in this industry is Panini "forgetting" their case hits, then shrugging their shoulders at us, when we have legions of angry customers. Really cool.

I'm hoping once Fanatics owns everything this kind of crap will stop. Topps is pretty good with case hits.

I don't know if Fanatics will keep the Panini, or any of their subset names or move them all to Topps subset names, but either way, I think it will be better for the industry.

Do you guys think Fanatics owning everything is going to be good for the hobby? I find that any one company having control of anything is never good for the consumer.

I think it'll be good in the short term, and probably one of the worst things ever long term. It'll end up looking a lot like their clothing model, where at the beginning it was satisfying to be able to get everything in one place, and items were of similar quality. Now Fanatics shirts and other apparel items are some of the worst quality items, customer service is non-existent, and they are buying up more and more brands to make one homogenous product. Look at a game of football from years ago where people had a bunch of unique gear, and now people all look the same, no matter what team they are supporting.

I have had a laundry list of bad experiences with Fanatics as a consumer and as a business owner, and have nothing but strong reservations about them taking over the whole industry.

This is the one true collection I am going for: Devin Duvernay Rated Rookie. Just had the /25 black get delivered today. Only have a few missing but having trouble finding them on eBay. The search continues!
