After a 14 hours fly from Spain, I'm in San Francisco attending the Games Developers Conference, as my company is into games publishing and advertising on mobile phones and tablets.
As we have some developers here and people in the games industry or just fans (the conference is b2b mainly), i wonder if anybody else will be attending too and will be a good chance to meet some OS members.
I'll stay in SF until April 2nd and then i fly to Phoenix for another conference until the 8th.
As i'm going to stay 16 days in USA, I might also try to attend some sport events but have not checked yet if there will be baseball, hockey or nba games those days in SF or Phoenix.
My hotel in SF is located in the "Japantown" area for what i have googled. Is it a good area for shopping etc? For food i saw there are of course some very good Japanesse restaurants but i wonder what are the "a foreigner can't miss" restaurants in the city.
