Tsarnaev was charged in civilian court today (not as an enemy combatant).

Does he have a lawyer or is he being appointed a public defender? If it's the latter, I don't envy being in that individual's shoes....

This is pretty damn scary and some of it is damn hard to ignore...the most striking be the exploded backpack looks NOTHING like the ones the guys are carrying.

I'm not so caught up on the guys. My big hang up is the backpack. The exploded backpack looks NOTHING like the ones those guys were carrying. That's my major issue. It clearly blew up from the inside so who's was it? And that's a photo released during by the media after the bombing.

In todays day and age, the operational security required to pull something off with a group like that is next to impossible.

If a group like Seal Team 6 can't pull off something like the Bin Laden raid without getting "outed" no way a group like this can pull this off, without word getting out.

Although you have to admit the conspiracy theorists do provide some humor.

They also usually base their logic on fallacies and pass them off as fact or science. 95% of the time you can tell they have no actual understanding of the science or "facts" they are basing their conspiracy on.

At this point, when these type of things pop up, it's hard to tell if they're nuts who actually believe their own nonsense, or just people trying to get some "internet" fame for whatever reason.

I read the stuff now purely for entertainment. I refuse to believe anyone of sound mind would take them seriously.
