      Baltimore #2? Couldn't be...

L.A. in the top 6 safest seems kinda odd.

From my time spent watching The Wire, I believe that ranking to be an accurate one.

After an Orioles game a few years back on my first trip to B-More, we closed down that ESPN Sports Zone that was just down the road from Camden Yard (I think it's gone now), and that ballpark area had a completely different feel late night after the baseball crowds had left. It was pretty sketchy. Saw some dudes trying to pull some other dude out of a cab, as the Cab was desperately trying to get away.

Love Camden Yards, but probably won't be returning to Baltimore any time soon. Not my favorite city.

Yea it can get shady around there. When you see blue lights along the streets you know you're in the wrong area haha. I've been to Lexington Market, which is actually a cool place, just a rough area surrounding. Driving outta there kinda makes you feel anxious. I've never had any bad experiences at Camden Yards or M&T, hell I even walked pretty far to get to my car after the Super Bowl parade in the stadium. Though someone did get stabbed there that day, but I like to make sure I'm around groups of ppl.

It didn't get bad there till late night. Pre-game and right after the game it was great down there. Plus all the Yankee fans in town stunk it up worse.

Since the last quarter of 2001, the crime rate in NYC has decreased across the board.

It is one of my favorite places to visit now.

The decrease in violent crimes in NYC is nothing short of amazing, whether it is attributed to actual police work or social programs, that is the important question.

Well, if you look at the timeline of when the crime rate plummeted, it's pretty easy to figure out why. It's a shame something that catastrophic had to happen in order for a city to come together like that, but as the numbers show, they've stuck together almost a dozen years after the fact. It's a great city.

Living in Hawaii is nice, but the island of Oahu is kind of a "poop hole". I'd like to live on the Big Island.

I honestly would just stay where I'm at, I reside in a suburb of Ft. Worth, Texas. I honestly don't ever see myself leaving this area, within my control of course. However, with that being said, I'd love to live somewhere with a public transportation system.

I'm currently living in Omaha, NE. I like it but its too quiet. Nothing happens here, apart from the college world series. I have been to New York and I would love to live there. Theoretically I would move there, but I'm not in a position where I can financially and job-wise where I can move. I am more of a night dweller and from my experiences there I would be perfectly happy there. Also it doesn't hurt that I'm a Yankee fan, granted I wouldn't live in the Bronx.

Dog the Bounty Hunter episodes make me scared of Hawaii. I know it's not as bad as they portray, but damn.
