Wanted to give others time, but though it's been a long, long time now, I'm pretty sure it's Myst.

Edit: Can poster please clarify if this is/isn't correct?Last edited by Valdarez; 05-28-2013, 11:02 PM.Comment

 Re: Name That Videogame

Lets go ahead and use the one I posted a couple of days back.

This is a game that has fond memories for me as I played it with my father on our first home/business computer. If you notice the time in the right up hand corner, it was crucial as you had to be at certain places at specific times if you were to witness an event.

I've attached an image of the computer it was played on too. Bonus points if you can name it!Attached FilesComment

Yeah, see Post #230 in this thread. Valderez may have missed the post though as he didn't confirm if Burns was right or wrong and said the it was still out there a few posts later.Steelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

 Re: Name That Videogame

Ahh, sorry guys, definitely missed his post. Let Burns go next then or someone else pick one out, don't have time to post another at the moment. Deadline was from the same company that made Zork, which is the main text based game that most computer gamers know/remember.

And yeah, that was the Osborne. The first 'portable' computer. Later renamed to a luggable, and for good reason. That sucker was heavy! Had non-gui word editor on it, think it was called WordStar?Last edited by Valdarez; 05-30-2013, 03:00 AM.Comment
