When I left the hospital, I started feeling a numbness (like there is no blood in my finger) and tingling sensation in my hand. This feeling has been present for the past couple hours and has shown no sign of going away. Is this normal? It feels like they hit a nerve...

Cortisone Shots
I just received a cortisone shot under my left pinky in the palm of my hand to treat my trigger finger (locking of the finger). The trigger finger was never painful, but the finger getting caught is sometimes a nuisance.

Re: Cortisone Shots
I got one in my shoulder a while ago, it was numb for a few hours and hurt for a while. Seems normal to me.Comment

Re: Cortisone Shots
Numbing went away. Hand feels fine now but the locking is still there.
Looks like the shot didn't do anything.Comment
