I've watched myself grow up here. I've seen kids go from 12-14 year old kids we play with on live to college graduates with jobs and everything like that.

I have a white name and get recognized. I'd assume I have over 5000 posts given how long I've been around and how often I post these days.
So I'd agree, 5 years/5k posts, and someone who posts in various forums. If you just hide out in Madden, you could have 10000 posts but many might not know who you are.Comment

I think that you become an OS vet by having a good standing within this community, at least 5 years of membership and are recognizable to most of the regulars around here. Guys Like Knight, Blzer, Husker, Scott, and so on.

I'll be here a long time, even just to use the non-gaming forums.

To be honest, I don't know. i've been on this site since day 1 (and even before when we had the old forums for those that remember) but I don't have nearly the amount of posts as some others.
