Yes, be consistent with rehab. Do not slack off even a little bit!! I stopped for 6 months, and had to basically redo everything myself. I still cannot stay one legged and bend that knee as well (need to do yoga again if I wasn't so lazy), but man is it sore the next day. If I've been sitting too long, it really is a dull pain when I try to get up and walk.
So think about slacking even a bit - DON'T!!
