I like the summer games a HELLUVA lot more than the winter.

I think this is an unpopular opinion, but I like the Winter Olympics 1000x more than the Summer Olympics.

OK, a lot of that has to do with the hockey tournament, but I also love speed skating, snowboarding and skiing is cool. Curling? AWESOME. The only thing I don't really watch from the Winter Olympics is the figure skating.

Summer Olympics, on the other hand: Track and field stuff, no thanks. Swimming is OK. Basketball, meh. Gymnastics, meh. Summer does have beach volleyball going for it, though.

I like watching the Summer olympics far more, but I cannot deny that the hockey portion of the winter olympics is pretty spectacular.

But the thing about winter olympics is that it's all about snow and ice, really though....you could technically have swimming events at winter olympics since it's indoors. Even the useless events like table tennis could've happened at winter olympics. Don't get how exactly table tennis or indoor swimming is considered a "summer event".

I was at Abbey Burger once and had to beg them to turn a womens lacrosse game off to watch a baseball game.

They thought the world might end if they did that.
