It's only ever an issue for me in years where the rain just is ceaseless at that time. We had one stretch of 60+ days of rain one winter and even I had had enough

Snowmaggedon is on here in Oregon. I pray that I can survive this...luckily I have the news on telling me we are all going to die.

April to end of June....don't hang your jackets up just yet...

After the Fourth of July to end of August, sunny and dry, your lawn should be dead by mid-August or so.

          September and October...windy and cool.

Certainly a bit generalized, but not too much so. I love it
          Duluth, MN:

January - Cold as ****, when it's not cold as ****, Alberta clipper drops 1-3 inches of snow that isn't plowed
February - Cold as ****, when it's not cold as ****, Alberta clipper drops 1-3 inches of snow that isn't plowed
March - Probably a 2-foot snow event somewhere, see above freezing sometimes, snowbanks begin to melt and form sand/salt crust
April - Smaller chance of 2-foot snow event, getting warmer, mud everywhere, leftover sand/salt covers the side of the roads
May - Morning Fog/50-60, street sweepers
June - Morning Fog/60-70, finally some golf
July - Morning Fog/60-70, first chance for actual "hot" days (I consider anything over 80 to be hot)
          August - 70-80
September - Morning Fog, Progressively cooler as it goes on, put away golf clubs
October - Crisp, probably see snow at the end
November - Probably a 2-foot snow event somewhere
December - Cold as ****, when it's not cold as ****, Alberta clipper drops 1-3 inches of snow that isn't plowed

Backstory: Basically since last August I've been in varying degrees of Knee pain. I got up from kneeling at work and my knee just kind of gave up. Couldn't finish work and limped around. Saw a few doctors since then, one said nothing on the X-Ray just rest it and it should be fine.. The other said I could have Osteo-Arthritis developing. I have a feeling that I have some kind of bad cartilage degradation on the backside of my knee cap, or a possible cartilage tear on the medial side that doesn't show up on the X-Rays.

Regardless since then I've been at work on a limited basis, (Reduced hours, no heavy loads, or machinery) and I still get pain and weakness in my Knee. I've done Physical Therapy based stretching and strengthening almost every day.. and while that has helped improve my flexibility, and reduced pain ever so slightly. I still can't get through an 8 hour day on my feet without really feeling it by the end of the day.

To complicate things I'm in financial troubles pretty deep. About $3,000 worth of medical bills, and expenses from the past year. I need to know should I schedule more Doctor appointments and demand I get an MRI, to find out what the extent of the damage is? My hold up before was my old insurance expired but I now have my new insurance just received the paperwork.

Kind of afraid of two things here. One I get the MRI, and end up burying myself in deeper debt. (those scans are expensive even with insurance) and.. the results either came back inconclusive, or my damage is so severe that I'll need a Partial, or Full Knee replacement? Which at age 25 is a huge, huge undertaking. I think some Doctors won't even do the procedure on patients under Forty.

Or should I keep chugging a long trying to rehab this while going to work, and managing the pain with ice, and Ibuprofen, to keep my finances going and just wait it out... If I go in for any kind of procedure I'll be out of work and my finances will be done.... Not really sure what my future holds for me, I've had my entire life on hold for the past 8 months, so many things I've had to give up, going for daily walks, I'm unable to run and move around at the pace I used to, my plans to change jobs and go back into School has been put on hold. The thought of unable to live the rest of my life as I had hoped scares me, but I also want to do everything I can to remain as active as possible.
Go for the replacement my grandmother and cousin have done it and theirmlives have improved dramatically

I'm tempted to travel the Oregon Trail up to Beaverton so I can piss on it. Kinda scared of getting dysentery or drowning in a river though. On the other hand I can hunt wild bears along the way

I get sick maybe 4-5 times a year and I swear every time I do, that thought crosses my mind the day or two before I do. It's bull****.

On the bright side, I did what was long overdue and finally got my beginner's yesterday, so I've got that going for me.

Oh I know right it kinda sucks. How bout the weather right now though? Cold as ****!! Had to pump gas and the pump was broken. The bitch running the station couldn't speak english so I had to stand there with the door open(it wouldn't close) for like 10 minutes and then go pump gas for 5 minutes. With 2 sweatshirts on I still froze. It said it was like 25 and I called BS. It was like 10 maybe.
