Eh, I'm probably just gonna follow sports teams and bands. And then whoever of my friends requests me. That's typically my social media policy, I don't really go out of my way to follow or request anyone after I get my core group in place.

Welp so much for that Graphic Design course. Cant afford paying years of my life for College so going from job to job is what I guess I will do. Wouldnt be so bad if I got paid more than 8.75 after five years at my current job and didnt have this BS charge on my record.

Im 25 years old and cant even support myself because every half decent job I apply for declines me due to back round check. So tired of the bull**** and so tired of the stress its putting on me. I have literally hit a wall and I dont know what I am going to do.

The only positive thing I can say right now is at least I got good credit when I checked it a few days ago. Its 722.

Depending on your charge, you're gonna need to find someone who can get you an in to a job and vouch for you. That's true of a lot of job opportunities. I'm at least a year or two from landing a job in my career field of choice, but I've already stashed some connections away to maybe lean on when the time has come. Whether that's for advice or actually being referred, it's all about networking in today's job market. Almost every job I've held has been due to having someone on the inside. These are just hourly pay jobs, but having that person to get your foot in the door has already paid off for me.

Someone will give you a second chance. And then you can use THAT experience to further yourself. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it; some doors are closed & locked for you because of whatever is on your record, but there's plenty of windows in life.

I wish those windows were visible. I would really like to go into a assisted living program. I love helping people that way but I dont see that happening. I will work 2 or 3 jobs but do to the job market and my backround its hard too get another one.

Depends, if the application doesnt have anything on it about Misdemeanors then no I dont. If it does I do to get my side of it out there.

What's your driving record like? The reason I ask is that there is a national shortage for truck drivers. The money is good and there are opportunities everywhere. I know a guy who got a job that pays 55k a year and he went to prison for vehicular homicide so I don't think your record will be a problem with at least getting a foot in the door.

I have a CDL A and I got a job at the bottom and now I'm the lead trainer in the North East at a major office supply company. There are opportunities everywhere. If that's something you'd want to pursue shoot me a PM.
