drove by lot my wife and I are having our house built to see how progress is going. Get there to find out they leveled trees that we wanted to remain standing. Went over plans on how to build the house with trees still there. We were going to use them as privacy from our neighbors.

Already screwed up and they haven't even gotten to the house.

Since the last one made jmood speechless, I was wondering how good this one would be among you guys.

+ Very good framing and shot selection, actually. That is, when the camera wasn't wobbling everywhere (see next)

- Use a tripod of or a flat surface.

- No jumpcuts

- Don't read the title cards. Either put them up silently, or give the VO over active video

- Half the shots were backlit too much. Get some lights in front or kill the ones in the back.

- If they're not already established in the video, don't let the cameramen talk on camera. If this was like the TV show Intervention, then there's nothing they can do about it some they just add "Cameramen: subtitles here". But yours wasn't a reality TV show, so avoid it.

So I was looking at new phones today (very tempted to get one because my GS3 is beat to hell, but I don't need one yet), and I was playing around with the Sony Xperia. You can take pictures and it will add 3D ****ing dinosaurs to it. It was awesome.
