Because I know you guys love pictures like these, here's an update on my sprained ankle:
Spoiler
Personally, I think it looks badass. It looks a lot more painful than it is, being that it was in KC all day yesterday and walked on it just fine.Twitter: @TyroneisMaximus

To add onto the shooting in Washington last week, the kid texted everyone he shot to sit at the same table during lunch that day.--

And if it's a boy, prepare to have a ton of fun man. I love playing "Hulk" with my nephew.
And the best part is that when you get tired of them, THEY CAN GO TO THEIR OWN HOME!!!!!
I'm only kind of joking on that last part...Too Old To Game Club

Re: Off Topic 2014
Alright banking friends, need help.
I am wiring money from one account to another. I did the transaction yesterday afternoon and was told it should be available in my account by 9:30 this morning. Well the money isn't there. When I contacted the submitting bank, they say its status is pending as the Fed Reserve is reviewing???? I thought they just send it along if info matched.
Is my submitting bank lying? is there any reason the Fed Reserve would "hold" a transfer?
Please help as I'm freaking out. This money is highly important and needs to be in my account ASAP!I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Off Topic 2014
It depends on what kind of transaction it is and what time the file was sent by the bank that the money is coming out of.
In your case it sounds like the bank that the money is going to hasn't gone out and accepted the deposit yet. I am ultimately responsible for payroll at my job, and we get this a lot with smaller banks/credit unions on payday. We send the file on Thursday morning. The big banks will have the money in accounts before the sun comes up Friday. Smaller banks, it might be mid-morning before the money is there.
The submitting bank should not have given you a time because once they send it, they have no control over the next steps.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 10-28-2014, 09:35 AM.Comment

Do you know if it is possible for the Federal Reserve to review a transfer for any reason, say amount?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Off Topic 2014
So... one of my fantasy football leagues contains only six teams. I drafted Adrian Peterson and Calvin Johnson to be my mainstays and... well, let's just say it hasn't panned out. This week I did manage a 155 point performance... only to have my opponent (one of the top two teams in the league) score 220. Needless to say, I'm a little fed up, so this week I decided to drop my roster and field the following:
QB:
Zach Mettenberger
Colt McCoy
Daunte Culpepper (yes, I realize he's retired. You'll see why he's here in a second.
RB:
Theo Riddick
Lorenzo Talliaferro
Ronnie Hillman
WR:
Kelvin Benjamin
John Brown
Martavis Bryant
Andre Holmes
Randy Moss (He's why.)
TE:
Rob Gronkowski (because the goal here is just to piss people off)
Tim Wright
My defense and kicker will be staying as is (Eagles and S. Gostkowski). The main goal here is to see if I can still sneak into the playoffs (I'm 4th with a 2-6 record, if that tells you anything.) with the most random assortment of players possible. Is this immature? Yeah. Is it an over-reaction? Probably. But at this point I don't care, and if I'm going to go out, I'm going out in a blaze of glory. And if this bunch can actually win a game, well then I've done my job.Last edited by mb625; 10-28-2014, 10:56 AM.MLB: Minnesota Twins
