The Wizard of Floyd or Dark Side of The Rainbow.

Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and The Wizard of Oz were meant to be played synchronized.

I feel like that one is off a bit. You can really tell when Dorothy opens the door to Oz. Money starts a little bit late.

I think this one is a bit better and it's the whole movie.

Originally in the screenplay he was stuck for 10,000 years. The way he was to mark the days would be to read one page of a book, and by the end he had read the entire library.

The director said 10 years, but later changed his answer to 30-40. The original idea that the script was built around was that one lifetime just isn't enough.

Can someone explain the very end of Basic Instinct to me? It's been messing with my head since I've first seen it.

Yeah, there's a lot of good/interesting theories about this issue I've read and heard over the years. Just to master all the skills he did, and memorize every single thing that happens to everyone in the town...I've heard the theory that he is in hell/purgatory as well.

One interesting thing I read is that in the original screenplay, it starts somewhere in the middle of the infinite loop, and the viewer only slowly realizes over the course of the movie what Bill Murray's plight is. That would have been a hell of a movie. I mean, it's great and all as it is, but I think it could have been much better if they would have filmed it the way it was written....

I still want to know what would've happened if he just stayed up until 6 AM the next day though...

The few neat coincidences in Dark Side of the Moon/Wizard of Oz are cool, but I get a little annoyed when people think it was actually on purpose. Takes away from one of the greatest compositions of rock in modern times and the overall meaning of the album.

This makes no sense. There is a flashback that specifically shows his parents and also them being killed.

Alfred was a father figure, having been around since Bruce was a kid. He was never Bruces actual father.

The different scenarios involved in Shutter Island. Basically was Dicaprio really a patient or not?

I was hinting (not even hinting, thought it was obvious) at Mrs. Wayne stepping out on Mr. Wayne. I didn't say his parents magically didn't exist.
