    Any "vapers" On OS?

I recently switched from cigarettes to e cigs. I'm trying the Nicstick Ego clear. Does anyone else have any experience with these? I enjoy them them better than regular cigarettes after getting used to it. Plus there's tons of flavors to choose from. I would say it's a good investment. it's cheaper in the long run vs regular cigarettes and probably healthier.

So am I the only one?

I'm so used to your old avatar, I hardly even recognized you!

I just heard a commercial for these online, and asked myself: "How much are these in comparison? Are they significantly healthier? If so, why don't more people use them?"

I'm curious to read responses. I remember a guy in my dorm smoked an e-cig, but I never asked him about it.

By the way, I don't smoke. I was kind of more curious for others.

The ones in the commercial are decent but it's much cheaper get a kit from a vape store where you just buy the liquid.

I used to dip and I have been dip free for a few months so I love it. Bit of advice:don't vape in real low temps, it thickens the liquid and ends up burning your wicks.

I've been doing it at work with no complaints but I work alone mostly. most customers are curious. All the disposable ones that I've tried aren't very good. I paid 20 dollars for mine. The e liquid is definitely cheaper online. They take time to get used to. I think most people are turned off by the initial price tag. Also people consider them more of a gimmick than anything else.

Im bought a vapor cig and i enjoy them, been a smoker for 15+ years and havent had one for 2 plus weeks. Not sure if its "better" for you but with only four ingredients compaired to a regular smoke, it atleast sounds better. One ingredient im sketchy about is Glycol, and a few people told me it isnt good but hey, im no expert and in my opinion, this is better until i can quit fully.

I swear half my boat uses these Vapor / ecig things. They all seems to like them and one bottle last about 7-10 days.

Oh, e-cigs? Thought this was gonna be a TOS nightmare.

As did I but before I go.

A friend of mine has used the e-cigs for about 6 months and he hasn't smoked a real cig since, he was a heavy smoker for roughly 15 years so if you want to stop the real cigs this looks like a good route to go.

Right now I'm just experimenting with flavor. Combining them and such. anyone have any good recommendations on flavors? a combo I enjoyed was frost mint and watermelon.

So after 3 weeks, I've had 3 cigarettes and they were just awful. I don't remember them being that nasty when I first picked them up. But I did upgrade my system. Definitely better than the original EGO starter kit I had. I feel better health wise too. I would still recommend it to people who are regular smokers to give it a shot. Where I get my liquid online I'm paying a little more than a dollar for a pack of cigarettes for price comparison vs regular smoking. Not to mention the convenience and a big one for me no smoke smell.

I started 3 weeks ago with one of those tank types. All was fine til the tank quit and the smoke shops were closed for the night. I bought a pack of "analogs" (Regular cigs) as I was having major nicotine withdrawal.

This is now end of week one after resetting. I have two batteries and two tanks for just such an emergency. Most smoke shops here now sell vape kits ranging in price from $30 all the way up to $160+. Liquids are about $7 per bottle.

It's not intended as a smoking cessation device (says so right on the packaging) but at least now I don't stink and offend others.

I only have a tobacco store here and everything is cheaper online. How big of bottles are you getting?

I'm lucky enough to have a vape store about a mile away, they are expanding like crazy too. The goal has got to be make as much money now as possible because it's only a matter of time before this gets regulated.

15 ml. They also just opened a do it yourself store, where they make the liquid of your choice in the back. About the same price but bigger bottles available. But, I didn't care for the taste...

I agree with Cusefan--- soon it'll be regulated. Big tobacco is losing money.

Yeah, this, plus the FDA is probably gonna regulate this (right now FDA is doing nothing I think).

I used to smoke, but quit (go me! lol) If I were still smoking I'd use one of these though, I used one to help me quit actually. Loved not smelling like smoke, and it'd help me with the "habit" aspect.

I know they're technically not "smoking cessation" devices, but it's worthwhile to look into....gotta be healthier than smoking (though I'd like actual legit studies to say that).
