    Interview with wtferrell

How long have you been reading Operations Sports and what brought you here?

I have been reading and posting here since a long time ago. I don't exactly remember when, but I think it was from NBA 2k was coming out. I have been here through most all of the changes in the forums, and it is a great place to be. There are no better forums on the net, or no better place for sports videogames.... period.

What made you decide to donate to Operation Sports?

After talking with Steve and answering numerous knee problem questions, I finally gave in. I figured with his bum knee, it is hard for him to make a living and keep this forum up and running. Steve, much love :y4:

    Your favorite Sports Teams?

I am a Lebron James fan, and a Ken Griffey Jr fan through thick and thin. I have no loyalty to a team, just enjoy the sport itself. That being said, the Cavaliers are an exciting team to watch, so I must say they are one of my favorite teams.

    What are your hobbies?

My hobbies include extensive sports gaming, mainly NBA, surfing the net, playing pick up basketball, painting, drawing, and trying to keep the little lady happy

Tell us about about your family?

Thus far it is just me and my beautiful fiance. We have been dating for 5 years now, and we met on the internet. She sent me a South Park moon war forward ( I didn't know her, she didn't know me, she doesn't know to this day how she got my address), but I emailed her a crude email back because I didn't know her. Come to find out, she lived 30 minutes away, I went to see her and we have been together since. We also have a Basset Hound named Gus which we adopted. He used to be nothing but skin and bones, but now he is nothing but 70lbs worth of pure basset hound goodness :y4:

That is basically me in a nutshell.

I'm finally getting around to playing basketball on a semi regular basis. Thanks for the tips on strengthening my knee bro.

Man, that has to be the only good online dating story I have heard outside of advertisements; congratulations!
