What dentist would extract teeth without administering anesthesia?

Find a dental school close to you and see if they run a clinic where the students do procedures under supervision of a D.D.S.
Run away from the dentist who would do the procedure w/o medication.

Lol by no anesthesia I mean I can't afford for them to put me to sleep during the procedure. They will locally numb me but I'll be awake through the whole thing.
