That is what the tow truck guys use. Put the front wheels on, not sure how it works but I sell the casters for them often. Basically like a car dolly to move around how you wish.
The casters are 4" x 1-1/4" and believe the backs are 5" x 1-1/4" with 1/2" (or metric #12) threaded stems and the blue thing in back is metal upright tool box
