                That is what the tow truck guys use. Put the front wheels on, not sure how it works but I sell the casters for them often. Basically like a car dolly to move around how you wish.

                The casters are 4" x 1-1/4" and believe the backs are 5" x 1-1/4" with 1/2" (or metric #12) threaded stems and the blue thing in back is metal upright tool box

                          Yeah. Used on cars stuck in gear. Roll them under the tires then pump them up and you can move the car.
