Infrequently vile for me. My darkside comes out when I punch in for work, I understand what it takes to climb the corporate ladder. My goal at work is to make as much money as possible and enjoy the job. I'm not saying I get people fired but I will occasionally tilt the scales in my favor. For example, I knew there was going to be a upcoming promotion and I knew it would basically come down to me and another coworker(who I consider a friend). He's not lazy but hes too comfortable and i know he milks the clock; I would indirectly question what he is doing with his time to the boss or I would point him out milking the clock in front of the company gossip. He shot himself in the foot with poor record keeping which became a pretty big deal, I was just as bad actually but I just snooped on the bosses email and knew of a upcoming audit so I pretty much just faked everything.

I dont really feel bad as I know I'm the better worker and I have dont more for the company than he has. I got the promotion so any bad feelings I had were quickly gone after I saw my promotion. Eventually my current boss will leave as he will keep getting promoted but I have put myself in sole position for his job which is even easier and pays even more.
