Same here. I will use my turn signal when I'm getting into that lane, but once I'm sitting in the lane waiting to turn I turn it off.

    Re: Chick-Fil-A

I remember when CFA opened up here. There were people camping out for those year supply coupons. To this day that place is always packed with a line of cars wrapped it around. I don't think I've ever been to a Chick-Fil-A where I didn't immediately feel packed in like a can of sardines.

I live in Toronto, not the 6ix. I have only ever had a 416 area code and cannot relate to calling my city by the last number of that area code...and it's spelled stupidly too. Damn you Drake for setting this trend. I can accept T Dot, but only by rappers. No adult should say they live in the T Dot or the 6ix, EVER.

Chick-Fil-A opened on April 16 of last year up here and I still think you have to wait about an hour for your food. I haven't been; mostly because I've been there before in Georgia and I'm not waiting that long for food. Washingtonians can't handle new restaurants. Krispy Kreme was the worst thing ever when it opened here in 03 or 04.

Chick Fil A is good, but it's not worth an hour wait. There was one by my old job, and it was always relatively busy. There's one in the mall close to here which is always busy but it's the mall. Not hour wait busy though.

We don't have any good fast food chicken places outside of KFC, Popeyes, or CFA around here. I envy you people down south with all these regional options.

I like Popeyes the most of the bunch but it's in a sketchy spot. Other one is 20-30 minutes away. I end up getting fried chicken from ACME supermarket when I need my fix. Cheep Chicken Monday's, lol. Pretty good.

Actually The 6ix (I agree the spelling is stupid) does have some resonance. It's for the 6 cities/boroughs that were all amalgamated into the megacity that is now Toronto. (those cities/boroughs being Toronto, Scarborough, North York, York, East York, and Etobicoke) I like the inclusiveness of the nickname but I agree that it has gone a bit overboard.

I'll always be a Torontonian despite living in the 905 as I was born and raised in the "six".

I've only eaten at Chick-fil-a a couple of times, but I had Popeye's the Friday before last.

I used to go to Chick Fil A all the time for their milkshakes and chicken minis. Thankfully they're not on the way to work anymore.

                  I love me some Chick-fil-A.

Bought me 3 no-pickle sandwiches Friday.

Way too high than it ought to be but I love the food, the experience and a big fan of their values. Not many other food places actually credit the customer when I ask for no tomato or lettuce.

It's six dollars for a sandwich? How is that too much? And they don't skimp on the meat, they give you pretty much a whole breast.

Chick Fil A employees are super nice. It's always a pleasant experience. They must stress it and believe in it. Not the company line that we all laugh at, but it really does shine through. At least all my interactions there.

Not that other places don't have good customer interaction, but it's every single time at CFA. Other places seems to depend on the person. At CFA it seems like you aren't working there if you aren't at least seeming to be happy to be there to serve customers.

Might have something to do with their product or cleanliness. I'm proud of what I do and love talking to customers about the company when I'm in those scenarios. When I worked at a pizza shop that was dirty, run down and felt like the company took advantage of employees or we served underwhelming ingredients, it showed.

I'm not a huge fan of amalgamation, it messed up our school boards...but that's a different discussion. I live in Etobicoke, however Scarborough is still and will always be home. I would be amazed if the 6ix came from the 6 boroughs and not just 416, but Drake seems to be ahead of the curve...so who knows. Maybe the 6 boroughs was a fortunate coincidence.

I've never had Chick-fil-A! I would love for them to open one up here, and an In-and-Out Burger. I had that greatness when I was in LA about 6 years ago. So damn good.

They're one of the few fast food places I haven't heard anything really gross about. Every now and then a thread will popup on a site like Reddit where people will talk about all of the nasty, disgusting acts of revulsion that happen in their kitchens but Chick-fil-a is constantly absent in such discussions.

I go to Chick-fil-a quite frequently and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.
