It's not about replacing me or anything. They just don't know what to do really and are hiring more than they need since they've only been around for a year or so. If anything, I'm lucky to get this position first because I'll be the example set and basically proof they don't need this as full time job paying the amount they're giving me.

Nope, that's a live action show called the Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog.



Produced by the Power Rangers company (Saban). It was about 5 knights that could control the elements (fire, air, water, earth, and...FOREST).



It was only around for 1 season in 98. But I had action figures of the blue one and the silver one.

Sounds like a rip between Power Rangers and Captain Planet

cucumber gatorade.
I know its been around for several years now but I cant get over how good it is esp. since it sounds disgusting. I wish powerade would answer with something like squash or zucchini. I wouldnt drink it but I would keep it in th fridge for unsuspecting visitors.
And back to cucumber gatorade, it goes great with dill pickle chips.

I'm guessing people are starting to go on vacation alot around me. Seemed like barely anyone was driving around today. Road barely had any cars parked, parking lots were mostly empty, and even drive throughs that got lots of people almost 24/7 were basically empty.

lol, lets start the debate....Best and Worst Gatorade flavours. Not too familiar with exact flavors themselves, but Blue and Clear are my faves while Red and Orange are ones I don't like as much.

Glacier frost I think is what it's called. It's like icy blue. Good name for it actually.

Riptide Rush is pretty good. That's the lighter purple one.

Outside that, "red flavor" is good. Blue works. I usually don't venture out past those since they're pretty common.

Cucumber Gatorade is probably mad good. Cucumber water is refreshing as hell. Pinky out.

Gatorade, Powerade both taste way too damn salty.

I've read that Gatorade tastes sweet when you're dehydrated and salty when your well hydrated.

Can't confirm because both brands always taste salty to me.

Gatorade used to have an "actual" blue that was super good. Forgot what it was called but I used to get it exclusively when I was like 10.

The "blue" now doesn't come close. They've ****ed around with their product line so much that I have no idea what's what.

So I'll be coaching HS Football this year for the first time. I'll be an Assistant working mainly with WRs but I'm definitely excited for the opportunity.

Anybody else here Coach or has coached in HS? Anything I should keep in mind but I do know this is a different animal from coaching rec league ball.

Thats how i feel with the original flavor. I remember it used to taste way better as a kid during the Be Like Mike days.

As far as best flavor: Ecto Cooler

Honestly I prefer the powder because i like watered down Gatorade. Grew up with a cheap mom and she never used the instructed amount when making a pitcher.

HS sports in USA are obviously diff than they are here so I'm sure things are likely better over there but still...One thing I hated back in HS were how the coaches had no idea what they were doing. Just generic drills for most of time, and the part that made me quit....Lack of notice on practice(they literally called practice the moment school ended on a Friday...through the PA system. I got fed up with that and quit, and they lost every game that year without me lol). You're an assistant so you probably don't need to focus on schedules, but just make sure everyone is aware/ok with when practices are happening.

In HS especially, make sure if people can't come/have other things going on(part of other teams/extracurricular activities or just extra homework help), make sure you at least attempt to meet them halfway and take off the stress of them trying to figure out how they'll manage doing everything they want.
