I think I signed up around the time MVP 2004 came out to get rosters for it. Really hadn't heard of OS before then. Funny thing is MVP was the last sports game I bought. I've been an EA Sports addict since the old Lakers vs Celtics days getting just about every edition for Madden, Live, NHL, and NCAA every year since they started. Cut back on my game buying this year though.
What made you decide to donate to Operation Sports?
I enjoy coming to the site every day and talking sports, or about other stuff, with everyone. It's a good site and thought I'd drop a few dollars to help out.
Your favorite Sports Teams?
Xavier Basketball (since '86), Miami Hurricanes football (since '86), and the Cincinnati Bengals (since Super Bowl XVI) are the top 3 teams I'm a fan of. Also a fan of the Cincinnati Reds, despite the people who own and run the team, and the Calgary Flames. Been a Flames fan since their '89 Cup win.
What are your hobbies?
Mainly play softball from spring through fall. I have little power. All about Ichiro-type average! I also play flag football and sand volleyball. I'm a big fantasy sports junky as well. Been doing that stuff since 1993 in a number of sports.
Tell us about about your family?
Mom and dad are still alive and well. I want to thank my dad for turning me into a sports junky and giving me the genes to retain an incredible amount of useless facts, especially in sports! I have two younger sisters. One is 22 and just got married in August. She lives in Waipahu, HI, with her Navy husband. My other sister is 24 and lives in Indianapolis. Love my sisters to death.
