Speaking of hated candies, anyone remember those popeye sticks?

Never occurred to me until now that this was basically promoting cigarettes.

Guess it's a good thing I hated those. Tasted so gross. Its exactly how I imagine chalk tasting. Anytime I got those for Halloween, I'd give them away.

that was always my main issue with candy, if it wasn't chocolate it wasn't worth it

I love fruity/sour candy. Eat it almost exclusively as far as candy style goes.

Skittles are the M&M’s of fruity candy. Put it in a dish and people will eat it, but no one is picking them with the first overall pick.

I recently bought a big *** bag of assorted chocolate candy and put in a big dish we never use out on the counter. I feel like an oldhead.

Some (lets call them "special") kid flipped me off today lol.

I was driving down a narrow 2 way street (1 lane going one direction,1 lane going another), and they ended up crossing diagonally down the road, before deciding to just walk in the middle of my side of the road. I ended up going really slow(not even stepping on the gas), just to give them time to finish crossing so I wouldn't have to go on other side of the road.

They didn't even care a car was coming, didn't get off road (until someone from other side of sidewalk told them to move), and just turned around and flipped me off before finishing crossing.

Not like I was stopping and waiting for them to move when I could've just went down left side of the road. I literally gave them like 10 extra seconds to walk 10 feet and they didn't care to.

This, while parents maybe 20 seconds earlier had just crossed at a crosswalk with their kid without looking both ways or even pushing the button at the crosswalk, before a kid decides to run across the street 10 feet after the crosswalk.

Amount of people who cross without caring about cars(or even looking to see if a car is coming) is ridiculous. Just like amount of cars I'd see driving and changing lanes/turning without even using their turn signal. It's not a millennial thing either, but amount of people I see just walking across a street, not even looking up once the entire time, you just wonder how lucky these people are that they've never been hit before.

Andrew Schulz is pretty good. He was on a short-lived IFC show about an amateur beer-league type hockey team called Benders which was hilarious.

Watch some of his other stuff.

                        Slightly sad thing I heard.

Apparently more and more millennials don't know how to tell time from an analog clock. I never knew that was a thing. Is that a generational thing, or evidence of a poor education system? I remember in grade 1 we were taught time. You'd get pictures of clocks in different positions and had to say what time it was. Some of those pics were tricks since the minute and second hand were basically same length.

Only 3 I know of are analog, digital, and military. I think there's military clocks(or used to be at the very least) where it looked like:

Because you need to drink out the entire can and can't really walk around with it or leave it for later. And you can't fill it back up.

Ok..when I cut grass my dog will lay on the deck and watch, or more likely sleep. When I finish cutting and sit down on the deck and enjoy my frosty adult beverage reward for a job well done, every single time that dog will walk out into the yard and poop. Every damn time!

Canned water: they do it. But I’ve only seen it when there’s been a disaster and a big *** brewer will stop canning beer and do just straight up water. Google Budweiser canned water. I swear it’s different than Bud Light.

But I imagine the water gets some metallic taste from the can which is why it’s not as prevalent. In disaster, water is water.

...don't really have a point, just an OT statement.
