Honestly, if you are bothered THAT much by him, just put him on your ignore list. There is no need to single him out and unleash an E-Gang beatdown. I'm not defending the way he types, but he technically doesn't violate the TOS as there is no rule on typing styles.

DatCrunk one has a different personality just like you and me with different tastes in music, etc - I see so many bashing him because he like Lil' Jon.

Also, stop feeding him with so much attention. He does come off as some sort of attention whore, so simply ignore it.
