Why was the Marijuana thread locked?

I'm not going to push any issue over it, because its not a big deal.

I don't see how it violated TOS at all, so any explanation? I probably posted in the entire thread three times, but it had a large post count, and I'm sure a lot of people were upset it was locked. Advertising? No. Selling? No. Racial, Sexual, Religious attacks? No. Flamming, Bashing, Trolling? No. Profanity? No. Adult Content? No. Piracy? No. Piracy, ROMs, and Warez? No. I could see how one may think that it falls under the "Questionable Content" section, because Marijuana is illegal in the US, but they were not promoting the use. It was simply a good clean discussion about the current situation in the US, the rumors and truths of Marijuana, etc, etc, etc. So why was it locked?

Just wondering.

Anybody know of a good forum focusing on marijuana or just about other types of drugs/trips and off course advice. Please, if anyone give me a pm.

The thread stayed open when it was a "good clean discussion". When it became "let's start the 420 Club" it violated TOS.

You should be sorry for yourself; the whole "420 Club" thing is the infantile behavior that gives pot smokers their stigma. Why don't you drag your feet, sulk your shoulders, and put your hands into your three foot pockets while you're at it?

I didn't think anyone was serious about that club. I know I wasn't. I can't even smoke since I have asthma and I never have smoked. I thought that it was just a joke.

You obviously missed my point being that not all pot smokers belong in that stereotype but, by saying things as juvenile as "Let's start a 420 club" (which is stuff that was said in my seventh grade English class), you put yourself in that class. The point was that, if you do not want to be stereotyped like that, then do not say things that only perpetuate that stereotype. I have been around OHguy; I have experienced lots of different things. You have no idea what I have done and what my responsible friends do in their spare time; nice job of stereotyping me based on my post though. It is that kind of defensive, almost paranoid attitude that will continue to haunt the immature, insecure smokers of the world.
