Who is bears88?

I was looking through the members list, and I noticed this guy is the first person who ever signed up for the forums. The weird part is that he signed up on 4-12-2000, two years before Steve and everyone else. On top of that he has no posts. Who is this mystery man, and how did he sign up so much earlier then everyone else?

That is one freaky dude...he has posts here, but his post count is zero even though you can see his posts...the fact he joined in 1969 is weird too

Yeah...wasn't this place around before Steve and them got here so Im guessing it's a guy from past OS ownership

I dunno. When the fourms switched over, we all had to sign up again and lost our old post count. It was back in 2002 I think. I find the site right before the PS2 droped. so not sure who the person is.

So that's what happened. I used to be on here a long time ago. Or at least I thought. Cuz my old Os name didn't work anymore. When did this site pop up? I rmember hitting DSP back in the day but I wasn't even sure how long OS was around.

OS has been around since like '99 or so. I remember coming here to look for Madden info, but I didn't really start posting until the boards switched over.

And I think bears88 was going to be admin until he got eaten by bdoughty who took his job.

LMAO! I've been around (lurking) for a while, but I didn't actually sign up until I had to just to view the forums.

Edit: That reminds me, I stopped visiting the forums a while back and I seem to missed a lot. Can someone inform me on what ever happened to Bdoughty?

Bdoughty stepped down as admin. Then decided he could not stay away from here so he got himself banned so he wouldn't be tempted.
