Question about ignoring posters

I want to put a poster on ignore so badly, but I know he will continue to send me private messages even if I put him on ignore.

Is there anything that can be done to where you can put someone on ignore "all the way" to where you can't read there posts AND not have their private messages be able to go through?

It's very possible but I don't know if it the ignore module can do it without any modification. I don't know much about Vbulletin unfortunately.
