Well really isn't the chatroom , but everytime it sends me to the Microsoft page saying I need to upgrade my Java Virtual Machine. I do the upgrading plenty of times but it never works. How did you guys handle the problem?

I think you need to make sure you have your Java enabled through IE. Just a guess, Ive ran into the same problem when I was on Win98 and it was usually because of a setting being turned off.
