i see people with Avatars that are not any of te predefined avatars (and when selecting Avatars it days it you check the DO NOT USE AVATER box the it will remove your custom avatar). Is there something im missing or can u not se a custom avatar?

You have to donate $20 or buy a T-shirt from the site before you can use a custom av.
