Time - DST correct?

I have my time setting GMT-5 for US East coast. We are in DST here. My time now is 7:47am but the system here thinks it is 6:47am. All times posted are always off by one hour for me. Can you check this please? I do have DST checked in my profile as well.

It's always an hour off for me too. I am central time but I have my options here set to Eastern so that it looks right for me. If there is an option I'm missing to make it right, let me now!
