    Why can't these damn things be deleted?

          I'm assuming they're there for the sake of the admins and moderators so that they don't have to rely on their memory when it comes to users who don't have a terribly impressive history.

                  You must not have seen the PM I sent you back after you already asked me about this. Here is my quote from the PM.

                  They can't be deleted. Once they are expired they don't count anyway.

                                  they don't get deleted after a year. I have one from 2006 that is there still. It is expired though. You can never escape your past.

                                          hmm maybe they just rollover and show the five most recent expired ones. I could swear though Ive seen more than that at once, my guess is some were still active.
