PM Pop ups

I have them set to one but whenever I get a pm it doesn't come up. What happened to them?

Do you have pop up blocker on? That's what happened to me either on this site or another site, I remember always hearing a clicking noise, which was telling me that a pop up had been blocked, so I ended up figuring out everytime I heard that I had a pm so that's probably the problem.

No it was OS not my pop up blocker. My blocker never blocked it before.
