Is there a moderator for the college basketball forum?

We are consistently getting doubled topics in there & no one cleans it up.

We had a topic on the Tenn v Kent game ....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...-kentucky.html

Only to have someone come in the next day & start this thread....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ng-record.html

This one was started to discuss the Pac10....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...10-thread.html

Only to have somebody start a completely different one....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...10-thread.html

Now we have 2 threads on this topic.....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...your-face.html ....followed by.....http://www.operationsports.com/forum...gers-head.html

I would say first, it would be better for we posters to actually look a couple pages before starting a thread. But it would be nice to have someone in charge to clean up the clutter. This is my personal opinion, but I think its rude to go against forum etiquette (if there is such a thing) to post a topic for discussion that has already been opened in the same sub-forum.

I know it can be reported. I'm asking is there anybody who is in charge that goes in there periodicly to check the locks, so to speak. In the other subforums I frequent, if there is a repeated topic, it is locked quickly. There doesn't seem to be anyone walking through & cleaning up the mess in the c-bball forum.

Thanks for pointing that out, JD. There's no one specifically "in charge" of any one forum, but I'm not as big of a fan of college football so I don't spend much time in there.

        We'll check it out.

I spend time in there but I don't see everything. Use the report post feature, that is the whole point of it.
