Just a idea but I think it would be smart if a policy of citing sources became mandatory. I only mention this because of legal trouble a forum can get into if they are caught not citing the source of a article on another site. A Forum I frequently visit almost got sued by the Boston Globe for not citing sources from their website.

pretty good example of what I am talking about. First off it is a year old and since No URL was provided he is basically making that article his own.
Personally I like it when a URL is provided just because we can see if the source is a valid place for information or is just internet trash.
