Profile URL Borked

For some reason I can't view my profile, arena, card, etc. I can still make profile changes but I can't see the changes. My theory is that I don't have a URL assigned to my profile ex. os.com/The Run & Shoot. There's spaces in the URL, I've tried adding underscores among other things but no luck.

Anyways my question is... Is there a glitch on the OS end of things or is my profile just unavailable because I have spaces. If that's the case can u guys change my user name or do I need to make a new account.

Unfortunately it appears as though we do not support that many spaces and the "&" symbol.

Considering this is a unique situation we can change your username. What would you like?

It seems I am also having this same issue. I believe it's because of the # in my username. Is there anyway i could possibly have my name changed to hardcor2 to resolve this?
