Uploading video albums???

Can someone please help me, I recorded 2 movies with the in-game recording option in MLB 09 the show. I have the files, I uploaded them to youtube.

So my problem is, when I want to add these 2 videos to an album in my arena, I supposedly need the "full embed coding" or something. WTF? Please help me and give me a detailed description how to add videos to my arena.

You should see the embed code on the Youtube page of your videos. Usually on the right side of the site.
