The 2.0 dark is the one I use, but I'm seeing it elsewhere, too.
EDIT: Yeah, it's happening on all the default skins.
EDIT2: Confirmed, it's happening at least on all of the 2.0 skins:

i get something like this very rarely. usually, all i have to do is refresh the page and it goes back to normal. not sure about your case.Comment

I know it started immediately after I cleared my cookies, but that's literally the only thing I did. Don't get it. I'm stuck using OS 1.0 White now.
