So your saying I have a clean slate as of right now but I have some questions.

1. I am still not allowed in to the Madden forum way past a month since my Ban. Can I get access now that I have a clean slate?

2. So with the clean slate your saying if you get Banned 1 time that's your warning and if you get banned a 2nd time your permanently banned or is that your last warning before the permanent ban?

3. When your talking about the ibrl post as spam I would think that the +1 post should be considered as post pumping and spam also. Very annoying post IMO.

4. In my Arena can I post a blog to sell games with links? Not doing this but I know someone who is on my Friends list and wanted to warn him if it is a violation.

If you recieve two infraction in the same forum at any given point, you will also be banned from that specific forum for 30 days.

1 - You were released on 5/8/09. On June 8th, you can PM any Senior Mod (orange) or myself to get your access back.

2 - Yes. Your cell trip has been "erased". That being said, we will remember that you were in the cell, so it's best to keep your nose clean overall.

3 - The +1 posts are considered trolling without explaining themselves. Just +1 is not a post, it's not even an original thought. It's a pile on, which we don't allow.

4 - No, you can't. I know FootballSchemer has one with just the link. You can do that. No descriptions, and it has to be to an ebay link.

Personally,I think a few of the mods here need to spend some time in The Cell,because some of the infractions that they give out are questionable at best. I'm still trying to figure out how I got an infraction for saying that I thought guys who beat on women are punks in that Chris Brown thread. Yet no infractions were handed out in that thread about the Black College Football thread and there was far worse said in that thread than I've ever said.

If you have a problem with the way the site is being modded, feel free to send a PM to Millennium, the forum administrator. It is a better way to make your feelings heard than to take pot shots in thread after thread.

Well, I have been coming here almost from day one. I have talked to Steve a few times about this site and ask for his input in dealing with my wife's site. But I'm to old for this place. 56, I will stop in from time to time long enough for people to tell me that a game I like is no good. I have been to the "cell" for something I said that years ago would have gone unnoticed. This placed has changed just like you and I have and will continue to change. Steve you have a great site but its starting to look like a police state more and more. I will pop in from tim to time, but I do want to wish all of you a wonderful life. Take care and remember to do something for someone else everyday. You can't imagine how good you will feel.

Piracy, ROMs, and Warez
Operation Sports has a very strict policy against piracy, ROMs, warez, modding/chipping, and the illegal use of copyrighted material. Linking or giving information about any site that distributes illegal software, ROMs, media, mods/chips, or emulators, seeking help to circumvent any copyright laws, admitting to possessing and/or distributing illegal copyrighted material, or encouraging software or media piracy is grounds for ban depending on the offense. This goes for all copyrighted material, including but not limited to games, movies, music, and videos.

I'm pretty sure I understand, but I just want to make sure. Let's say a user made an updated roster rom of a classic game, it would be an infraction to link to this, say, in a signature?

I have a video review of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen that I want to post in its thread, but it crosses the language barrier left and right. It's really a spasmattack of a review, but it sums up things well for those that are defending it for "being what it's intended to be."

I could just post the link if you want and not embed the video, but it's your call, staff.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who is interested in how the cell works.
