How to edit a .gif image under 100k?

I have a .gif image that is about 189k, how would i go about editing it under 100? gracias.

Well the only way i know is to use photoshop. You can edit it to use less color, make it a little smaller, crop it a little bit. If its a animated gif, you can subtract a few frames to make it under 100kb and still be able to make it look fluid.
