Every time I try and add my picture it works for about 10 minutes and then turns into a box with an X in the corner. Why is this happening? I have tried three different pictures and they all do the same thing. Can anyone help me with this?

You are using a Geocities picture which will not work as they do not allow remote linking.
Avoid them and any tripod hosted image, just to name a few. -
